In these four weeks, you will take the course we all deserved to have in school. The four pillars of becoming more aware of yourself include knowledge of the following:
- Grounding Our Nervous System
- Parts of Me and Parts Within Me
- My Body and Trauma
- My Emotional Dashboard
- Attachment Styles
- Grounding Ourselves Through The Attachment Lens
- Identifying and Journeying Through Safe Relationships
- Noticing Our Inner Child In Adult Relationships
In each section, you can expect to learn information, take part in an activity, and receive a worksheet and a journal prompt.
